These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WeightMission (the "Service"), operated by AJS SOLUTIONS ("WeightMission", "we", "us"), a company registered at 7 Rue des Dunes, 75019 Paris, France. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

What WeightMission is

WeightMission is a wellness and weight-management subscription product: a personalized quiz, daily plan, Personal AI Coach, meal/menu/fridge photo assistants, weekly check-ins, and progress tracking. WeightMission is not a medical service — see our Health & AI Disclaimer.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use WeightMission. By using the Service you confirm this is true.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You must provide accurate information, including in the intake quiz.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

Subscriptions and payment

WeightMission is offered on a paid subscription basis. Pricing, billing, and cancellation terms are set out in our Subscription Terms, which are part of these Terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not use WeightMission for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, or content depicting anyone other than yourself without consent.
• Do not misuse the Personal AI Coach to seek instructions for self-harm, harming others, or illegal activity.

AI features

The Personal AI Coach and meal/menu/fridge photo assistants use a third-party AI model. AI output may be inaccurate — see our Health & AI Disclaimer.

Cancellation and termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in the Subscription Terms. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. WeightMission does not guarantee any specific health or weight-loss outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AJS SOLUTIONS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Governing law

AJS SOLUTIONS is a company organized under the laws of France, operating from Paris, France. Except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence say otherwise, these Terms are governed by French law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any mandatory protection you are entitled to under the consumer-protection laws of the U.S. state (or other jurisdiction) where you reside, which continue to apply to the extent required by law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above; continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
